What to do if information is missing

Unknown Accessed Date

Why record the date accessed? What date do I record and why?

Websites and publications can change and are often updated. Consequently, you need to specify the date you accessed the site / publication as it may subsequently be altered.

Use the pop-up calendar to specify the date.

For example:

Rerup, C. (2003) 'In the grey zone', Impact: Management Research in Action 11(1), pp. 78-90. [Online] Available at: http://www.ivey.uwo.ca/publications/impact/Vol11No1-Rerup.htm (Accessed: 7 April 2006).
